I received the donations from Fred's today. There are 20 pairs of white crew socks, and 20 pairs of low cut socks. I am hoping that the guys can use the low ones somehow. Maybe when it gets cold they can wear the low cut inder a pair of regular socks. I also got about 6 large packages of candy. One is Sixlets and we can't send those. I think they will melt. I don't know...maybe we can since they are candy coated. I will have to leave one out in the car and see what happens, LOL. I think I may still go around and ask the individual Fred's stores. And I am thinking of going around to local churches and seeing if they will help. I think they would. It can't hurt to ask. I wonder if Amanda would mind helping me do that?
