I went into the girls' bedroom earlier today looking for a lost sippie cup. I go in there, and everything that could be lifted by little Kaylee was up on Lauren's bed. Several stuffed animals that are about her size. Her tricycle. A table. A hamper. LOL, it was almost neatly piled too. So I cleaned it up and preapre to put Lauren's canopy back up. I can't for the life of me figure out why they tried to destroy Lauren's canopy. I tried to put the hook back into the ceiling and it was like it had been ripped out. So I make a new spot and hang it up. The yarn I used to have cute little strings hanging down had been pulled on so hard that it snapped. That is why the canopy came down and the hole for the hook was messed up. And their play room looks like a tornado went through there twice. Kaylee is cleaning it now.
Well, little miss Lauren is laying in my lap here about to go to sleep. And here comes Kaylee "singing" to the top her lungs. She has shower curtain rings. And there goes Lauren. And I just remembered I need to clean their ears and cut their nails. They just had their bath. Lauren peed in the potty a little bit before she got in the tub. YAY! More than Kaylee did at that age. She rarely used the potty until she turned 3. That was how old I was. Nana still to this day tells me how I was still having accidents at 3 years old. Like I am supposed to be ashamed or something.
Well, I am off to clean ears and cut nails. I may even paint some little toenails :)
